Celebrity stylist Graham Nation - real name Graham Cheek - died after collapsing at a gym in LA on Valentine's Day (February 14).
A source told The Sun at the time of their split: "There is no animosity and Graham is still there for her, but she feels quite lonely at the moment.
While dating, she described Nation on social media as her "dream man", adding: “Look how fit my man is #punching.”.
He dated Gavin & Stacey and Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps star Smith briefly in 2017.
US-born Nation's clients included Demi Moore, Jared Leto, Venus Williams and Catherine O'Hara.
