Six Nations 2025 commentators and pundits: Who is providing coverage for BBC and ITV this year?

BBC and ITV have announced their line-up of commentators who will front the Six Nations 2025 coverage. The much anticipated rugby tournament gets underway in Paris on Friday, January 31, 2025 when France host Wales live on ITV. BBC and ITV will share coverage as the Six Nations returns for the annual championships. There will be some familiar faces set to grace our screens to provide expert insights and analysis throughout the sporting event.

ITV has also added a new name to their list of commentators that now includes a former England coach. ITV was the first to announce their punditry line-up for this year's event. Presenters Mark Pougatch and Jill Douglas will front ITV's Six Nations coverage. Former England rugby union player, Topsy Ojo will also appear as a pundit, with ITV veteran Gabriel Clarke complementing the event with his live reports from the ground.

Other ITV pundits and co-commentators viewers can expect to see include:. The BBC's first match will be on Saturday when Scotland take on Italy. Match of the Day host, Gabby Logan is set to take the presenter's hot seat alongside Scottish sports broadcaster, Andrew Cotter. Logan who is married to ex -Scotland rugby international Kenny Logan is "excited" for the upcoming event.
