Chloe Madeley cut a sombre figure as she was slapped with a parking fine in London on Sunday, following the revelation ex-husband James Haskell was now dating mother-of-two Helen Barclay. The TV personality, 37, split from the rugby player, 39, with whom she shares two-year-old daughter Bodhi, in October 2023 after 10-years together.
