Sports agent accused of groping male colleagues at NFL scouting combine and other events in bombshell lawsuit

A top sports agent representing the likes of retired MLB stars David Ortiz and Yasiel Puig is being accused of groping and striking male coworkers at important company events and business trips, including one to the NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis. Radegen Sports Management president Alex Radetsky repeatedly fondled former company executive vice president Ryan Henderson as well as other staffers, according to a lawsuit filed on Henderson's behalf and provided to DailyMail.com.

What's more, Henderson claims the 46-year-old, married Radetsky slapped him in the face, forced him out of the company, improperly withheld $100,000 in commissions and criticized him within the industry to hinder Henderson's career. The 38-year-old Henderson is once again working as a sports agent, but according to the lawsuit, he continues to battle 'mental trauma,' 'immense emotional distress,' and 'physical manifestations of anxiety and depression symptoms' that exacerbate his ability to breath, sleep or handle any number of routine tasks.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Radegen, Radetsky, Henderson and Henderson's attorney Paul Liggieri, the latter of whom has agreed to give comment when he's available to do so. Neither Radetsky nor Radegen spokespeople have publicly responded to the accusations. In his statement to The Independent, Liggieri called the case 'definitely one of the most egregious' he has seen in his decade-long career.

'[Henderson is] working again as a sports agent, but I can tell you that for the time that he was there, this weighed on him heavily,' Liggieri said. Henderson's lawsuit was filed in New York County Supreme Court last week and provided to DailyMail.com on Tuesday. The Independent was the first to report the lawsuit, which names Radegen Sports Management and Alex Radetsky as defendants.

A specific dollar amount is not demanded in the filing, although Henderson is seeking damages for emotional distress, lost wages, back pay, front pay, statutory damages and medical expenses. Henderson is not currently listed on the NFL Players Association's agent directory, although he has reportedly represented the likes of Detroit Lions star Aidan Hutchinson and Carolina Panthers left tackle Ikem Ekwonu.

According to the filing, Henderson started at Radegen in 2019 and quickly made the company a player in the world of professional golf on top of his work with the NFL. He reportedly doubled the size of Radegen's hockey division and more than tripled the company's Olympic and pro football divisions. Furthermore, Henderson claims to have grossed over $14 million in sales, resulting in $1.8 million in net profit for Radegen.

Radetsky's first alleged incident of sexual misconduct was said to have taken place at midtown-Manhattan pub, Slattery's, where Henderson says Radetsky first grabbed the crotches of two male coworkers. Then, according to the filing, Radetsky groped Henderson's penis and rubbed his crotch area, leaving Henderson 'mortified and shocked.'. With COVID restrictions lifted in March of 2022, Henderson and Radetsky both traveled to Indianapolis for the NFL's annual scouting combine. One night at the city's famed St. Elmo Steakhouse, Radetsky again groped Henderson and a number of Radegen employees, according to the complaint.

'At this meeting… Radetsky once again sexually assaulted [Henderson] by groping [his] penis over his pants and grabbing his crotch in front of a number of other colleagues,' read the complaint. The filing goes on to state that Radetsky 'inappropriately groped and touched' three other Radegen employees that the restaurant. And when Henderson complained, he said, Radetsky smacked him in the groin. A month later, the two were in Las Vegas ahead of the NFL Draft, when Radetsky allegedly groped Henderson's crotch again and called him a 'p***y.'.

As explained in the filing, Henderson told Radetsky his actions were 'appalling' and made it clear he was uninterested in his boss's advances. In response, Radetsky complained to Radegen's senior director of client and partner services to complain about Henderson's job performance. And the following day, Radetsky allegedly missed a number of important meetings organized by Henderson, thereby setting Henderson up 'to fail.'.

Radetsky is seen working with the now-retired Ortiz, who is not accused of any wrongdoing. A year later, Radetsky allegedly became enraged when Henderson refused to take a shot of tequila with colleagues at a steakhouse in Denver. He was so angry, according to the complaint, he actually slapped Henderson in the face. 'Radetsky then reached out, holding the tequila shot in his hand and violently pushed it against [Henderson's] chest,' read the complaint. 'When [Henderson] declined the shot once more… Radetsky again called [him] a p***y and… groped [Henderson] yet again in a sexual manner on his crotch area.'.
