The Traitors aired a huge twist at the end of tonight's episode - with fans convinced how they'll come back. At the very start of the series, 25 people got on the train to make their way to the Scottish castle, but in a shock twist, host Claudia Winkleman stopped the train and told the carriages that one person needed to get off each one.
Fozia, Jack and Alexander all decided to get off the train so that the rest of the contestants could add some money to their own prize pot. They made their decision with seven minutes to spare, which meant they managed to get £7,000 for the winner's prize pot.
In a shocking twist, it was seemingly confirmed that the contestants that sacrificed of themselves will come back to the castle - but how will they come back, and what will happen?. Fans of the show are convinced they've worked it out, with one writing: "I wonder if the traitors get to choose at of the 3 new guys to recruit a traitor #TheTraitors," whilst a second added: "Rail replacement?! The train people! I bet they have to choose 1 to join the traitor team #TheTraitors." A third shared: "Oh the 3 from the start are coming back... please make two of them traitors im begging for fozia and alexander #TheTraitors." A fourth wrote: "THAT'S THE THREE WHO GOT OFF THE TRAIN ISN'T IT?! PLEASE!!".
Claudia previously confessed she loves the twists on the BBC series. She said: "When they turn up, they assume they know the way the game is going to go, and it is our job to explain that it isn't. There are twists throughout, but they have to be different from series one and two. They've come to hopefully walk away with up to £120,000, but also to play a game, and I like the fact that they don't know which way it's going to go.".
