TIGER WOODS shared a hug with ex-wife Elin Nordegran after playing alongside their son Charlie during the PNC Championship in Florida. Woods, 48, took the time to reconnect with Nordegran after he and Charlie, 15, had finished second in the PNC Championship.
Woods, who split from Nordegran 15 years ago, offered an embrace to his ex-wife after she was waiting to congratulate he and Charlie following their efforts in Orlando. The Swedish model is a regular feature at the PNC Championship, which Tiger and Charlie have now competed in together for five years, starting when Charlie was just 11.
While Nordegran and Woods' daughter Sam, 17, caddied for the duo during their round - as she has done in previous years. Charlie and Tiger managed a second place finish in this year's tournament after losing in a play-off to Bernhard Langer and his son Jason.
But it was a special event this time round as 15-year-old Charlie sank a hole-in-one on the par-three fourth - his first ever ace. The incredible moment was caught on camera with Woods over the moon at his son's stunning achievement. Remarkably 30 minutes after Charlie's feat, Padraig Harrington's son Paddy also pulled off a hole-in-one.
It's no surprise that Woods and Nordegran were able to share a nice moment together on such a momentous day, given the pair have long repaired their previously fractured relationship.
