Tom Brady is exploring the potential sale of his 'Billionaire Bunker' Florida mansion after receiving bids that exceed $150million, according to reports. Brady's newly-completed pad is located on Florida's Indian Creek Island, the VIP enclave where property values have soared since Jeff Bezos forked out $90m on his third home there last year.
Almost five years since he paid $17m to acquire the lot with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, Bloomberg is reporting that the legendary NFL quarterback has shown his Creek Island mansion to a small group of potential buyers. While it has not been officially listed on the market, the luxury two-acre home has already attracted offers of over $150m, with talks ongoing and no guarantee that they will end in a sale.
If Brady, 47, offloads the property for that amount, it would go down as the largest home sale in Miami's history, surpassing the previous record of $107m set by billionaire hedge fund manager Ken Griffin when he purchased a home in the Coconut Grove neighborhood back in 2022.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner built his expensive home from scratch after purchasing the lot with Bundchen back in 2020.
