LIVERPOOL superstar Virgil van Dijk appears to have suffered an awkward slip of the tongue after dropping points at Aston Villa.
Van Dijk appeared to be saying: "Listen, credit to Arsen... Aston Villa as well.".
Arsenal fans caught wind and took to social media, with some claiming that slip of the tongue was a result of the Gunners "living rent free" in his head as pressure piles up in the title race.
One fan posted: "Arsenal living rent free in Van Dijk's head.".
The Reds drew 2-2 against Villa on Wednesday, which means a win for Arsenal against struggling West Ham on Saturday would find Mikel Arteta's challengers just five points behind Arne Slot's high-fliers.
