Two of the biggest sports stars in the history of Indianapolis sports have combined in an appearance in a brand new locally-airing commercial. Former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning and Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark both showed up in an advertisement for a local hospital in the city.

In the commercial, the camera is pointed up at Manning and Clark in an operating room as a heart monitor goes off behind them. The two talk about the heart surgeons at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in the city and how good they are. All the while, Clark is questioning Manning's skills with a scalpel as they discuss how tough the procedure is.
At the end of the commercial, it's revealed that Manning was actually operating on a teddy bear the entire time.
