Wayne Mardle is arguably the most famous of the Sky Sports commentators as not only do you hear his voice, you see his face too. He was a former player himself and reached the World Championship semi-finals back in 2008, beating Phil Taylor in the quarters to get there.

He started his commentary journey with Sky Sports in 2011, covering the World Champs alongside Sid Waddell and Dave Clarke. Though he commentates mainly, Mardle also appears as a pundit before and after big events and often shares his thoughts on social media too.

Mark Webster is also a former professional player and has been a mainstay on the Sky Sports commentary and punditry team over the years. He's an expert when it comes to analysing players' performances and their rankings and often gives thoughtful predictions.

As a player, he won the BDO World Championship in 2008 when he beat Simon Whitlock in an epic final. Like Studd, Stuart Pyke is also a legendary commentating figure, and is known for his incredibly deep kknopwlekdge of the game. Pyke is an integral part of the Sky Sports commentary team and has been present for some of the biggest moments in the sport's history.
