A source said of the pair's budding romance: "James and Helen have kept their relationship relatively low-key, enjoying dates at coffee shops and restaurants, and going for walks since the latter end of 2023.
They have been seen together at Knightsbridge restaurant Clap on a romantic date whilst James has also been spotted leaving comments on her social media posts, including calling her "fit" as things ramp up between the pair.
James is said to be dating an advertising executive called Helen Barclay, with the pair having been seen on regular dates as of late.
The rugby star split from Chloe Madeley - the daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan - back in 2023.
