Samie Elishi has been revealed in last night's teaser as the newest female bombshell to enter the villa, just as Ron Hall left feeling unlucky in love. But why did the reality star split up with her show-ex Tom Clare and will she find love on the island a second time round?. Samie and Tom were one of the stronger couples on series nine, Samie entering as a bombshell then too. Turning Tom's head for the fourth time - after he'd partnered with Olivia, Zara and Ellie - the couple consistently picked one another and remained a fan favourite till the final.

Coming in third place, and staying together after the show, many viewers hoped the pair would stick together however, only a few months in, the pair split publicly on Instagram. Samie posted on Instagram, saying she "really didn't want to have to write an Instagram story" on the matter but the trolling and abuse she'd received since Tom had posted (first) were "just not fair". She went one, writing: "I will be speaking about everything soon, but at the moment the time isn't right (which I will also explain). Thank you for the kind messages; they don't go unnoticed".

Some fans supposedly DM-ed the young reality star, placing blame on the breakup, despite Tom stating that he and Samie were "still on good terms" and he had "nothing but love and respect for her". Tom had also shared how "gutted" he was over the breakup and that he "truly wish[ed] Samie the best". Clare returned to the Island for the first series of All Stars, where he eventually won in a couple with Molly Smith.

The revelation of Samie as tonight's bombshell is the biggest shock to fans so far as there has been little to no speculation of the star returning. Samie has previously poked fun at Casey, who is close friends with ex Tom and currently in the South African villa, saying "Lord Farquad is back". Viewers will be keen to see whether the bad blood remains between the two and who Samie will choose now that Ron Hall (the only really single boy) has left. Samie has expressed her determination to win the second series, and admitted that her sights are set on one particular boy: Luca Bish.

Before entering talks of the entering the villa, Samie had dated TOWIE star Harry Lee for several months. The reality star and professional footballer split with Samie as they had "grown apart" but "decided to remain friends", told a source to The Sun. They shared that the pair "tried their best to make things work but some things just aren't meant to be. They decided to call it quits but wish each other the best".

Previous bombshell Danielle Sellers has yet to have any luck in stealing a boy. With similar looks to Luca's TV-ex Gemma Owen, viewers are eager to see if Samie can 'steal' Grace's man.
