Slot accepted that charge, but the FA have still not yet made a decision on what punishment to hand out to Slot and his assistant Sipke Hulshoff, who was also shown a red card.
A statement from the FA read: "The Liverpool manager allegedly acted in an improper manner and/or used insulting and/or abusive words and/or behaviour towards both the match referee and an assistant referee after the match had finished.”.
Slot will be in the dugout at Anfield, despite accepting an FA charge following his red card against Everton two weeks ago.
Arne Slot will be on the touchline as Liverpool host Newcastle in the Premier League tonight.
It will serve as a dress rehearsal of the Carabao Cup final between the two sides next month, and Liverpool will be confident of landing an early blow at Anfield.
