A rare gem in the heart of one of Hobart's most prestigious precincts has been named 'sale of the year'. The three-level luxury residence at 91 Salamanca Place in Battery Point, designed by renowned architect Brian Wyatt, offers a unique blend of historic charm, modern design, and a surprising perk with its mixed-use zoning.

The details of the sale can be found here. The second most expensive home sold in Tasmania for 2024 was six minutes away in Sandy Bay but the final price was undisclosed. It's the only stand-alone home among the iconic strip and although there was interest from buyers across the globe, it was ultimately bought by a Tasmanian couple.
