Disgraced rapper Combs is currently languishing in jail as he awaits a criminal trial next year for racketeering and sex trafficking. Over 100 alleged victims have also launched civil cases against the music mogul claiming they suffered horrific abuse like rape and druggings.

Courtney Burgess, who testified before a federal grand jury, claimed he received 11 flash drives containing at least eight sex tapes. He told NewsNation's Banfield that Combs' ex-girlfriend Kim Porter, who also happened to be Burgess' former associate, shared the drives with him.
