The movie premiered on Sunday 22 of December. Will Neil and Scott be able to stop them?. Many have complained about the flick on X - and they definitely didn't mince their words. One said: 'There must be a competition for worst Christmas movie ever, that Sky Max have won forever with Bad Tidings - what on Earth were Lee Mack and Chris McCausland thinking?'.

Another brutally added: '#BadTidings watched 25 minutes now, not laughed once, actually quite awkward to watch.'. A third tweeted: 'Been looking forward to Bad Tidings for a while. What a let down. Boring and predictable script, shockingly bad acting. Old and tired jokes. Even Lee Mack couldn't save it. And that's saying something. I dread to think how much Sky paid for this. Shocking.'.
