KSI will make his debut on Britain's Got Talent as he sits in Simon Cowell's chair as a guest judge. This is how the social media phenomenon rose to fame, from YouTube to the boxing ring. KSI stands for Knowledge, Strength, Integrity and he has these words tattooed on his body - 'Knowledge' across his chest, 'strength' and 'integrity' on his chest. The 26-year-old's real name is Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji.
KSI started as a gamer sharing his videos on YouTube in 2009, showing clips of him playing football game FIFA. As these rose in popularity he began uploading vlog-style videos about his life. This took his channel to another level and by 2013-14, he had over three million subscribers. which has grown to over 20 million subscribers these days, putting him in the top 100 most popular channels. KSI was the fastest YouTuber to reach 10 million subscribers.
KSI formed entertainment collective Ultimate Sidemen, who would later become Sidemen. Their videos proved to be hugely popular but in 2017, KSI announced the he had left the group. He later admitted it was a publicity stunt to drive up subscribers and hadn't actually left.
KSI's next move was into music and he hit the Top 30 in the UK charts with his debut, 'Lamborghini', before going to the top spot of the UK R&B Album Chart with his EP, 'Keep Up'. KSI then headed to the boxing ring where he took on fellow YouTuber Logan Paul in a multi-million pound grudge match. He also fought Love Islander and professional boxer, Tommy Fury, after a war of words.
KSI's net worth is reportedly £25 million and was the fifth highest-paid YouTuber in 2015, earning £5 million. KSI has kept the identity of his girlfriend private but according to Metro, KSI's previous girlfriends include YouTuber Marina Joyce, YouTuber Olivia Boo Rolland, YouTuber Seana Cuthbert and model Lois Sharpe.
He revealed that he is in a relationship in an Instagram post just before his fight against Logan Paul. He wrote in the post: "Throughout this period I have missed my family, my friends and my beautiful girlfriend, but they all understood that me training in Vegas was necessary.".
