Britney Spears’ biopic in jeopardy as ‘directionless’...

THE director of Britney Spears's new biopic had already warned fans of a “long road ahead”. Now insiders have said Jon M. Chu's sentiment could be born out of the fact the singer has been struggling to make up her mind about what they will and won’t cover. Universal won the bidding war to the rights for the film, which is based on Britney’s autobiography, called The Woman In Me. But sources said Britney was “changing her mind like the wind” when it came down to the storyboarding.

An insider said: “Britney’s biopic is in the early stages of development and there have been a lot of ideas bandied around. “As soon as it feels like they’re moving in one direction though, Britney will take it in another.
