Born Peter Gene Hernandez in Honolulu, Hawaii, Bruno Mars moved to the US in 2003 to chase his musical dreams. It's a roll call for celebrities hitting 40 in 2025 and there are some big - and seemingly surprising - names on the list. Stars like Dave Franco will celebrate the milestone in June; July sees High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale and Gossip Girl heartthrob Chace Crawford joining the 40s club; singer Ciara awaits her turn in October; and December brings birthday festivities for Mamma Mia favourite Amanda Seyfried, Malcolm in the Middle's Frankie Muniz, and Disney legend Raven Symone, among other celeb birthdays.
The name that caused quite a stir, however, was Bruno Mars. Louis stated: "You could tell me that Bruno Mars was any age, any singular number, and I would believe you because I truly have no concept of how old this man could be - but apparently, he's turning 40 this year.". Fellow TikTok users flocked to the comments section to share their surprise. One user remarked: "This really makes you realize how young 40 is...".
