Demi Moore, Zoe Saldana, and Cynthia Erivo hug on red carpet as they arrive at Oscar nominees event with Ariana Grande

OSCARS season is upon us, and last night the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences honored its 2025 Oscar nominees. Celebrities and movie stars in their masses turned out for the glitzy pre-Oscars event as they enjoyed a dinner at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles.

With all nominees in one place, the event was filled with the best actors and actresses in the world right now. Among the attendees were Demi Moore, Zoe Saldana, and Cynthia Erivo - who all hugged and embraced one another on the red carpet. Ariana Grande was also in attendance, with the Wicked starlet reunited with her co-star.

Arriving at the event, Elphaba star Cynthia Erivo looked gorgeous in green as she posed on the red carpet ahead of heading inside the event. Cynthia posed up a storm in a satin kimono-style dress with matching green satin heels. As she walked onto the red carpet, she was joined by Zoe Saldana who rocked a brown silk gown and matching pumps.

After Cynthia and Zoe posed on the red carpet individually, they embraced one another and were joined by The Substance star Demi Moore. The three women could be seen having a group hug before posing for a snap together as they stood side-by-side. Demi could be seen wearing an oversized cream suit, with her signature brunette locks worn down and straight.

Also at the event was Cynthia's Wicked co-star Ariana Grande, who rocked a pink and black ensemble. Ariana could be seen wearing a floor-length black gown, which sailed down to the ground. The slinky frock that Ariana wore had a feathery accent around the strapless neckline, which was a sweet nod to her character in Wicked.

Also at the event was Timothée Chalamet, who is nominated for his role as Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown. Timothée rocked a black satin suit as he posed ahead of the event, with the actor looking suave as he smized for the camera. BEST PICTURE. BEST ACTOR IN A LEADING ROLE.

This comes after we revealed that his girlfriend Kylie Jenner wants to go to the Oscars with her boyfriend but may miss the prestigious event. Fans are hoping that Kylie will be in attendance at the Academy Awards this year to support her boyfriend, but it's not looking too hopeful that she will.

A source close to the Kardashian-Jenner family has revealed that Kylie "does want to go to the Oscars." but also offered some reasons why she might not show up. "Kylie always has stage fright at the big Hollywood events," the source said. "She gets really anxious about having to hold conversations about things she doesn’t know about, like the film industry and acting.

"It just makes her uncomfortable. She’s always battling that inferiority complex of ‘They think I’m just trash TV'.". Kylie may also skip the show this year because she's recovering from the tragic news that her hairstylist, Jesus Guerrero, died unexpectedly last weekend.
