Denise finally makes her choice in EastEnders live episode as outcome of viewer vote is revealed

Denise Fox (Diane Parish) finally made her choice between husband Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) and lover Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) in tonight’s live EastEnders episode. Since the end of last night’s episode, viewers have been voting in their masses to decide Denise’s fate, with the result being revealed to the cast and crew just before the live episode began.

Now, it looks as though Denise is set to spend the foreseeable future with Jack Branning, after he came out on top in the vote. Denise revealed that she wanted them to try again, confessing that she still loved him, before the pair shared a kiss. Denise has had a close relationship with both men over the past few years.

Up Next. The couple had been having problems, so Denise appreciated the attention Ravi gave her, and soon they began to fall for each other.

However, Denise called things off before they got too far, much to Ravi’s disappointment. In a bid to make her jealous and show her what she was missing, Ravi began dating her daughter, Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams), instead. When Jack found out about her infidelity, all hell broke loose, with Denise temporarily moving out. Eventually, they decided to try their best to make things work, though it hasn’t all been plain sailing – especially when Jack slept with Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner).

Next week, Jack and Denise are set to make their relationship public knowledge, as Denise gathers her family to introduce them to her new beau. Filming the aftermath of the live episode has proved challenging, according to actors Diane, Scott and Aaron, who revealed that they have been filming two versions of the same storyline.

‘It’s been difficult the last few weeks because we’ve been shooting A and B stuff,’ Aaron told This Morning hosts Ben Shepherd and Cat Deeley. ‘We’re in April at the minute and we’ve done versions for after the live [episode]. ‘It’s been double workload – more for Diane really.’.
