SEAN "Diddy" Combs is alleged to have orally raped a male busker after luring him to an A-list birthday party. The music mogul is being sued by an anonymous man who claims in a new lawsuit the rapper spiked his drink. The victim alleges Combs "drugged and forcefully raped" him after he was scouted while busking on the street outside an LA nightclub in November 2022, USA Today reports. It is the latest lawsuit to hit Combs who is already facing over 100 civil suits and criminal charges.

In the new suit, Doe claims they were "forcefully" coerced into oral sex after they were "incapacitated from drugs" that Combs had allegedly gave them in a drink. The John Doe filed the lawsuit through Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee - who is representing over 150 of Combs' accusers. Doe claims they were a "young musician" when Combs invited him to an "exclusive A-list birthday party" at a house. Combs then allegedly drugged Doe with a drink and "made numerous promises about helping Doe secure a major recording contract," Doe's lawsuit claims.

He then claims Combs took him to a private room where he began to feel drowsy, off balance, and slightly euphoric. Doe then claimed that Combs physically forced him to perform oral sex. The next morning he woke up at the house hooked up to an IV. His lawsuit goes on to say: "Because of Combs’ power and notoriety, and because he was shocked and embarrassed, Doe did not report what had happened.". Doe wants a jury trial that would award "compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm, in an amount to be determined at trial.".

In a statement to USA Today, Combs' lawyer denied the allegation on behalf of his incarcerated client. The statement said: "As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.". "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”.

The Sun has approached Combs' lawyers for comment. The new allegation comes after Combs' sons Justin and Christian were seen visiting Kanye West in LA on Sunday. They were snapped leaving West's hotel with packages of clothing which appeared to have been gifted by the rapper. It was the same day the Gold Digger rapper defended their father on social media. West had launched a tirade on X last week where he claimed to "love Hitler" and declared "IM A NAZI".

Kanye started his foul-mouthed posting spree on X by pleading with newly-inaugurated President Donald Trump to free Sean "Diddy" Combs despite the looming allegations against the music mogul. The 54-year-old is currently locked up and awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges - all of which he denies. The first of dozens of deranged Kanye posts simply read: "FREE PUFF.". He wrote a similar message on Instagram.
In another, Ye tagged President Trump and begged: "PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF.". Another lawsuit lodged against Combs last week accused him of drugging two women and forcing them to have sex at Donald Trump's New York City hotel. Both women - who filed the suits anonymously as Jane Doe - claimed they were sexually assaulted at the Trump Hotel in Manhattan in the 1990s. The bottle service attendant claimed she had gone to the Limelight nightclub in New York City where Combs was hosting an event.
By The U.S. Sun's Senior Reporter Forrest McFarland, who has been reporting on Diddy's legal battles for years. BEFORE Sean "Diddy" Combs' arrest in September, it was highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations - and had two of his mansions raided by the feds. His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called "Freak Offs.".
Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Combs were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities. The development also came after Combs was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case. Aside from the Tupac probe, Combs was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.
Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Combs chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway. Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Combs' mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his "Freak Off" supplies. In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.
