Itching to get that summer holiday booked, but can't decide where to go? Don't worry, we've got you covered. Escaping the dreary British weather is exciting, to say the least - but deciding on a destination can sometimes be a little stressful. Do you risk trekking to a new hot spot only to kick yourself for not sticking with what you know, or are desperate for some brand-new scenery and experiences?.

To help make things easier, we've compiled all the new routes some being offered this year from the UK's most popular airports. From the bustling markets of Morocco to the golden beaches of Italy, there really is something for everyone!. Budget airline easyJet has boasted about its 'spectacular' 2025 schedule, after confirming the launch of 21 new routes. This includes the airline's first-ever Sub-Saharan service to the tourist hotspot of Cape Verde. Inaugural flights to the African archipelago (also known as Cabo Verde) will take off from London Gatwick on March 31, 2025, and is slated to operate three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the summer season.

Across 10 UK airports, new routes across Europe and Africa will commence weekly scheduled in the spring and summer months. - from the famed bustling market city of Marrakesh in Morocco to the party-central hotspot of Malaga in Spain. "We're proud to be releasing such an incredible range of new routes and package holidays today, providing more choice for customers to visit more of the places they love across Europe and to experience some incredible new destinations," said Ali Gayward, easyJet UK Country Manager. ".

easyJet's new routes for 2025:. BA is embracing the sweet life with three new direct flights from London to Italy. Passengers can melt into the Amalfi Coast's stunning scenery, acclaimed vineyard and pastel-coloured fishing villages after touching down in Salerno, flop down on a 10-mile golden sand beach in Rimini, a city equally drenched in Roman history - or hike through the glamour-filled, idyllic island of Sardinia.

Back in November, Neil Chernoff, British Airways' Chief Planning and Strategy Officer said the airline had witnessed a 10 per cent spike in searches for summer flights to Italy compared to 2023. "Rimini, Salerno and Olbia are all coastal destinations, so we expect them to be particularly popular with our leisure customers seeking sun, sea, and of course Italy’s fantastic food.".

The airline is also adding Tbilisi, Georgia's largest city, to its 2025 schedule. "Tbilisi sits at the meeting of Eastern Europe and Western Asia," BA states. "From Georgian ruins to Soviet-era architecture, and grand cathedrals to large domed bathhouses, there's so much to be discovered.".

TUI is not messing around this year, and has a whopping 10.2 million seats planned for summer 2025. It recently revealed an additional 300,000 for the peak season, and has welcomed an additional based aircraft in Exeter to 'meet continued customer demand'.

"We are seeing that our customers want more flexibility in departing airports, destinations and holiday durations, and this programme for summer 2025 shows our continued commitment to making it easier for customers to book the holiday that's right for them," said Andrew Flintham, Managing Director TUI UK&I. "The additions are across 19 regional airports from Glasgow to Bournemouth with customers being able to fly on more TUI holidays from their local airport than ever before.".

TUI's new routes for 2025:. Despite recently scrapping some of its European routes over aviation levies, budget airline Ryanair has unveiled seven new summer 2025 direct routes from the UK. Passengers flying from Stansted will now be able to explore the Gothic streets of Münster, the 'bicycle capital' of Germany, or soak up the Aegean sun in the Turkish hotspot of Bodrum.

"We are also launching extra frequencies on 30 other London routes to exciting destinations like Gdansk, Ibiza, Malaga, and Rome," CEO Michael O'Leary said in a statement. Ryanair now serves five domestic destinations and 103 international destinations in 27 countries.
