Retinol has been a huge topic of conversation in the beauty industry for many years, but Green People’s Retinal serum claims to be one of the most effective, and natural. Infused with 28 actives, including the vitamin A derivative, this serum is lightweight and works to plump any fine lines and wrinkles, as well as boost collagen and the skin’s elasticity for a youthful complexion.
Retinal is also a key ingredient to unclog congested pores, which can contribute to breakouts, blemishes, and an uneven skin tone. While it also helps with cell turnover, so your skin is left looking brighter, plumper and rejuvenated. This serum also contains Hyaluronic Acid, which hydrates the skin on a deeper level, to combat dryness, plump the skin and achieve a brighter complexion. While aloe vera is a soothing ingredient to calm any existing irritation, flare-ups and breakouts.
Green People’s new release also includes a blend of essential oils, including Shea Butter, Evening Primrose, Jojoba, Pomegranate, Rosehip, Cranberry and Sunflower Oil, which combine to nourish and hydrate the skin, as well as protect the skin’ barrier from environmental aggressors.
The ingredients list is quite extensive, as this formula also contains Green Tea Extract, as well as a blend of essential oils to create a calming scent, using lavender and cedarwood. Green People’s Age Defy+ Retinal Booster Serum is hypoallergenic, vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free. It has also been certified organic by COSMOS, and has been dermatologically tested so it is safe to use on sensitive skin.
The retinal is best applied at night. Start by using once a week, and then slowly increase to two and so on. When using any retinal, or retinol product, it is essential to cleanse thoroughly in the morning and apply SPF to protect your delicate skin.
While this is a natural Retinal, it is not suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. So, what are you waiting for? Get shopping!. Follow Metro across our social channels, on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Share your views in the comments below.
