Ronan Keating and his wife Storm are finally happy in their £5million mansion after starting major renovations on the house almost 10 years ago. The Boyzone singer and TV presenter, 47, and the Australian media personality, 43, purchased the formerly traditional home – situated just outside London – in 2016. Ronan and Storm tied the knot in 2015 – both were second spouses to each other after previous marriages.

Together, they share two children – their son, Cooper Archer, seven, and daughter Coco Knox, four – and have rebuilt the house while balancing parenting duties. Since moving in, the two have been intent on turning it into a zero-carbon, eco-friendly home, and have modernised both the inside and outside of the property. They’ve kept fans updated on their progress on the Keating’s House Instagram account, which now has 37,500 followers after starting in July 2021.

While the account isn’t updated that frequently, it has still given fans a glimpse into the home they’ve spent the last five years renovating. Photographs show the home was in a dilapidated state when they purchased it, with only the brick skeleton standing after being empty for several years. In 2021, Ronan provided an update, saying that the size of the job was looking to be much bigger than they initially suspected – it turns out the house needed to be knocked down and rebuilt.

He described how he and Storm planned out the renovation at the beginning: ‘We thought that only a renovation was needed to the main house.’. Ronan provided a sad update shortly afterwards: ‘After all these years our home is still not complete – there are opportunists in the construction industry who are happy to take advantage and take your money. ‘Sadly we came into this project very naïve and far too trusting. We have learnt the hard way.’.

However, Ronan and Storm soon got the hand of construction and, in time, the property started to come together. In March 2023, they said: ‘Finishing up this house project has stolen all our time and attention. But we are optimistic that 2023 will be a year with a little less work and a lot more play.’. As of 2025, the house boasts a tennis court, a huge garden, and enough space for Ronan to play and write music on a Yamaha grand piano, which sets next to a large window overlooking the garden.

The home also has a swimming pool and lovely views of the countryside, a ginormous living room with a coffee table made of stone, and a large wood fireplace. Outside in the garden, there is a fire pit and large seating area, perfecting for entertaining dozens of guests at once, should the Keatings get any visitors or throw any parties. Before marrying Storm, Ronan was husband to Irish model and TV personality Yvette Connelly – they had three children together in 1999, 2001, and 2005. They married in 1998 and divorced in 2015.
Storm had been married to Tim Ivers between 2009 and 2012, several months before their third anniversary. She met Ronan in 2011 after Ronan and Yvette had split up in 2010. Got a story?.
