Ruby had slept with now-husband Caleb Miligan, the man believed to be Steph's father, around this time too. But viewers can't help but speculate a horrifying twist is on the way in a paternity bombshell. Given the flashback episode, the abuse details and the constant mentions of Steph "being a 16th birthday baby", fans fear that Caleb isn't Steph's real dad. They believe that after Anthony's abuse, Ruby may have fallen pregnant with her father's child, and that he is granddaughter Steph's biological parent.
