Arturs Putrasevics, 39, also charged with possession of a bladed article in a public place after death of Astra Sirapina. A man has been charged with murder after the death of a woman who was found with serious injuries at a house in Coventry. Astra Sirapina, 62, was pronounced dead at the scene by police who were called to an address on Burnaby Road at about 1pm on Tuesday 10 December after reports of concern for the woman’s wellbeing.
Arturs Putrasevics, 39, of no fixed address, was arrested and later charged with her murder. He was also charged with possession of a bladed article in a public place. West Midlands police said: “Our thoughts remain with Astra’s loved ones at this difficult time.”.
