MRS Hinch has shared a brutally honest photograph capturing what’s ‘truly real’ just four days after giving birth. The cleanfluencer, who welcomed her youngest son Vinnie on Tuesday, took to Instagram on Saturday to share a photo her husband Jamie had taken of her.

In the picture Mrs Hinch, real name Sophie Hinchliffe, can be seen holding her newborn son while sitting in the family living room. Captioning the snap she wrote: “Jamie took this picture earlier…. “I’m not sure about anyone else but this sums up postpartum (for me anyway).

“I see beauty in these moments, the ones that I’ll look back on and know are truly real.”. The mum-of-three has then annotated the image, pointing out details in the picture which at first glance you might have missed. She points out “muslin cloths hanging off her bra straps”, “sweet wrappers for daaaays” her “hat hair” as well a “sanitary towel under her foot.”.

As well as the physical details, Sophie, 35, also shared how she was feeling emotionally. “Hormones galore!” she writes, adding, “Crying one minute, smiling the next.”. Sophie broke the news of Vinnie's birth on Instagram on Thursday. "Welcome to the world, Vinnie Alan Barker Hinchliffe," she wrote.

"Born 18th February at 12:21pm, 6lb7oz.". Vinnie's two middle names are the name of Sophie's late father Alan, who passed away last year. And she once again referenced her father's passing as she called Vinnie her "beautiful little heart healer", and said there was a reason he'd been born in February.

"February is my Dad's birthday month, my birthday month, … And now, it’s our Vinnie's," she continued. "The signs, the comfort ,the joy, you really are just everything we have needed and more Vinnie. "Now it’s time to meet your beautiful big brothers, and start the next chapter in our Hinch story.".

She concluded her post by telling Jamie she "loved him beyond words", as well as writing: "ILYD, I feel you - Barker always". Baby Vinnie is the third child, and third son, for Sophie and husband Jamie. And the post was quickly flooded with messages of congratulations from fans, and some of Sophie's celebrity friends - including ex Love Islander Shaughna Phillips.

"How precious, heart healer for sure, congratulations to you all," Shaughna wrote. Sophie also took to her Instagram Stories to share a gorgeous clip of Jamie toting baby Vinnie in the car seat as they left the hospital. Sophie and Jamie are already parents to Ronnie, five, and three-year-old Lennie.

She revealed her pregnancy news back in October, in a short video announcement which showed Jamie painting the words "Baby boy #3" on a wall inside their house. Ronnie and Lennie then added their hand prints around the message. As the clip went on, a black-and-white filter faded away, revealing blue paint on the wall to signify that another boy is on the way.

ON May 8, 2024, Sophie revealed her beloved dad had passed away "suddenly, yet peacefully. Her father actually died on April 25, 2024, but his grieving daughter waited until she was ready to share the sad news with her fans. In April 2023, Sophie revealed how she was taking a break social media after her dad ended up in hospital.
She said at the time: "My dad is in hospital at the moment guys. My dad has never been blessed shall we say with fantastic health - from his chest, his lungs, his heart. "He's always struggled you know.". She heartbreakingly added: "I just want him to be happy.".
It then cut to Sophie cradling her bump in a black catsuit. She also paid tribute to her late dad in the announcement caption, following his "sudden and peaceful" death last April, which left her in "deep, unimaginable pain". "Heaven was too far to visit, so you sent us a special gift from up above," she wrote.
“I have no doubt you sent him to us Dad, to fill our hearts with so much love. “I love you, Dad. "Ronnie and Lennie's baby brother. Our baby boy no. 3. Joining us in 2025. The three musketeers.”. "Bring on the carnage," she jokingly added. Sophie has been documenting her pregnancy on her social media pages, including the transformation of the room that will become the baby's nursery.
However, she stopped short of revealing her actual due date - just dropping hints about how long she had left in posts on her Instagram Stories. She previously revealed that the baby was "breech", and asked for advice on how to "turn" him naturally. "Anyone that's had breech babies or can help out here, I don't know how to move him!" she sighed.
But she then told fans in another update that he had turned, and was "ready to go". "Gladiator readddyyyyyy," she had added. Sophie also admitted her "nesting and cleaning" was "extreme" before her baby boy's arrival, as she packed up all her pre-pregnancy clothes, adding she wouldn't be fitting into them "anytime soon".
