WE are all looking for ways to keep condensation in our homes at bay, especially at this time of year. But not many people can afford to splash out on an electric dehumidifier, which can easily set you back £200. And while the dehumidifier traps are an effective option, they aren't very eco-friendly, and only work for a short amount of time.

So it's no wonder people are raving about a new dehumidifier, which costs just £14.95 and is reusable. As an added bonus, you can use them in both your house and your car. People have been taking to TikTok to rave about the dehumidifying pouches, which feature a dot on the front to tell you when they need 'charging' and contain a whopping 1kg of silica beads to soak up moisture.

"If you've got any damp bits and condensation, these are great for the car, or for your home," one man said in his video. "Why these are fantastic is that when they're fully charged and ready to go, it's showing blue. "When you need to change it, you bring it indoors.".

When the dot changes from blue to pink, you can bring it inside and pop it in the microwave to dry it out, or put on the top of a radiator. "They're a brilliant idea," he said. "Saves you buying the disposable ones all the time!. "Great for a multiple of uses - could be your windscreens in your house, your car, anything that gets a little bit damp and steamed up.".
