The conflict got heated as Aydin started recording and another customer said if she posted that video he would sue her for her 'fake jewelry.'. Aydin posted a clip of the video she recorded on her Instagram story, blurring the faces of the employees and another customer.

While many fans bashed Aydin for her behavior - including making fun of an elderly employee - she is trying to clear the air in a US Weekly interview where she insists she was never rude to the staff.

'Hindsight is 20/20, but I did not think it was going to go that way. Not at all,' insisting she 'was not rude' to the Jersey Mike's staff. 'We’re a big group. I’m a family of seven. I have a sister with my goddaughter. She’s a widow [and] her and my goddaughter come with us everywhere we go. So, we travel [with] nine people or a lot of people. We met up with my cousin who’s another family of six. … We’re 15 people, not to mention the other two families that were meeting up with us at the airport,' she added.
