In the video obtained by a Bravo fan account, Aydin, said she was 'so mad' at waiting in line for 'what felt like forever' and said a customer who had ordered after her has already received their food. She said: 'Everything was slow … we get it. It’s early in the morning, you’re in a bad mood, it’s New Year’s — you’re working. I’d be pissed, too.'.

She claimed the employee 'acted like she couldn't hear them' adding 'he 80-year-old that was working there, the amount of time she took to cut that bread was almost as much as we were waiting on that line.'. As she tried to add to her order, she claimed she was told to 'get back in line' or ask another customer if it was ok to do so.
