Shoppers rave over £25 Sainsbury’s pyjamas in the colour...

SPRING is on the way, which means it's time for fashion fans to say hello to a new colour of the season. So bid farewell to your cosy burgundy knits and coats, and start embracing the sunny pastel yellow shades instead. And a popular supermarket has upped its game with a brand new buttermilk set on the rails if you're in need of inspiration.

Tu Clothing is the in-house fashion label at Sainsbury's and is renowned for its stylish buys at affordable prices. So it's unsurprising that fashion fans are in a frenzy over the supermarket's SS25 arrivals. Shoppers have been racing to get their hands on a new pyjama set that's just hit the rails.

The yellow and white gingham PJs are available in sizes six to 24 with the pyjama shirt priced at £12, while the matching pyjama bottoms will set you back £13. Describing them on the website, the Tu Clothing team say: "Give your nightwear a spring update with our new season pyjama shirt and bottoms.

"In yellow with a gingham pattern, this [set] has been made in a lightweight seersucker fabric for all-night comfort. "Partner with the coordinating pyjama bottoms for the ultimate look.". And shoppers are already going wild for the nightwear, which they've even insisted they' will wear 'll style it as a daytime look.

Most sizes are sold out online though - so if you want to get your hands on the set, you may need to leg it to your nearest Sainsbury's. One smitten shopper gushed: "Stunning for spring.". A second wrote: "I'd wear that as a Spring co-ord - jadore.". "Oh wow I need these", insisted a third.

A fourth added: "They are adorable.". A fifth said: "These are gorgeous.". Meanwhile, a sixth chimed in: "Loveeeee them.". It's not the only item in store causing a frenzy with shoppers at the moment either. Fashion fans have said "obsessed doesn’t come close" after spotting a new spring jacket on the rails.

The leopard print boxy trucker jacket is available in sizes small to extra large, and costs just £40. Supermarket bosses have promised it is a "flattering fit" that will "elevate your everyday outfits". And fashionistas can't get enough of a "chic" knitted cardigan in the in-demand buttermilk shade that's only £24.
