TOXIC influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have flown to the US after Donald Trump's aides cut a deal to end their Romanian travel ban. The pariah pair - who are facing sex trafficking allegations - supported Trump during last year’s presidential campaign.

Sources in Romanian capital Bucharest told The Sun today that the Tate's travel restrictions have now officially been lifted after intensive US lobbying. Close Trump aide Kash Patel - the new director of the FBI - was said to have played a key role in the talks.

Self-confessed sexist Andrew, 38, and Tristan, 36, left their home in Romania at the first opportunity after boarding a Gulfstream G550 private jet bound for Fort Lauderdale, Florida at 5.30am. A source in Bucharest told The Sun: “They’ve been allowed to leave on the condition that they come back for court hearings and cooperate with the investigation.

“But legal experts here seem to think the case against them is flawed and they are confident the charges will be dropped. “Their departure was delayed because the court’s decision to release them from house arrest had not been entered into the computer at the airport.

“But their flight took off at 5.30am and they’re on their way.”. Trump officials are reported to have asked for a strict travel ban on the brothers - who are joint UK and US citizens - to be lifted, despite ongoing investigations. Four British women who have accused Andrew of rape and human trafficking have voiced their serious concerns over the news.

They told MailOnline: "We are in disbelief and feel retraumatised by the news that the Romanian authorities have given into pressure from the Trump administration to allow Andrew Tate to travel around Europe and to the US. "We can only hope that the British authorities finally take action and do something about this terrifying unfolding situation to ensure he faces justice in the UK.".

An image began circulating on social media early today showing Tristan waving as he boarded the jet with a flight number N5430G. It is still unclear if the picture is from today. Romanian special prosecutor's service, Directorate for Investigating Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), who have been leading investigations against the Tates released a statement earlier today.

They made it clear both are still under investigation with the case not dropped. The brothers will also have to return to Bucharest later this year to adhere to the terms of their "judicial control" status, DIICOT added. Their next court hearing is scheduled for March, according to local media.

Both brothers were arrested in Romania three years ago after moving from the UK and still face a number of serious charges including rape, trafficking minors and money laundering. They deny all of the allegations. In December, British cops were allowed to seize more than £2 million from the pair after they failed to pay any tax on £21million in revenue from their online businesses.

The money is now held in seven frozen bank accounts and British police are seeking their extradition to the UK. Andrew said at the time: “This isn’t justice, it’s a co-ordinated attack on those who challenge the system.”. Footage in August showed armed cops storming their Romanian home through the roof after new allegations of trafficking and sex with a minor.

Andrew moved to Romania years ago after first starting a webcam business in the UK and luring millions of online followers with offensive and misogynistic “lifestyle advice.”. UK MPs have warned he has “brainwashed” young men and boys and encouraged violence against women.

Andrew briefly appeared on Big Brother but was dumped from the reality show after alleged footage of him beating a woman emerged online. Andrew then built up an image that appealed to teenage boys - creating an online empire that made him one of the most searched people on Google.
