Taylor Swift has made charts history, becoming the female artist with the most albums to have reached number one in the UK. Lover (Live From Paris) netted Swift her 13th number one album on the UK's Official Charts on Friday. She has now surpassed pop icon Madonna, whose number one album record stood at 12, Official Charts said. The pop megastar is now tied with Elvis Presley as the international artist with the most number one albums in UK chart history. Only The Beatles and Robbie Williams have more, at 15.

After originally being released in limited quantity in 2023, Lover (Live from Paris) topped the charts thanks to a new, heart-shaped 2LP vinyl variant released in time for Valentine's Day.
