The 99p buy people are swearing by to clear clogged...

WHEN it comes to cleaning jobs, unclogging drains is one of the least appealing. But one woman has unearthed a product that makes the job a whole lot easier - and it'll only set you back 99p. Shauna took to her TikTok page to share her recommendation, as she showed it on the shelf in her local Home Bargains.

"Super super quick one," she said. "I'm just in Home Bargains and there was something that I wanted to show you guys which is this the Slam Plughole Unblocker, it's so good!". Shauna added that the product works when nothing else does. "It's 99p - you simply open up the sachet, pour it in, chuck in a kettle of water, and done," she added.

"Blocked drains? Get to Home Bargains," Shauna wrote over the top of her video. And she added in the caption: "Blocked bathroom drains killing your vibe?. "Get yourself to Home Bargains for this super affordable and strong drain unblocker from @Kilrock Cleaning Products.".

The sachet helps "stop slow draining water" by dissolving "hair, grease and soap scum". "This convenient one shot plughole un-blocker heats up to cut through grease and fat and is supplied in a 60g foil sachet," a description of the product reads. And people quickly took to the comments section of Shauna's video to thank her for sharing the product recommendation.

"Thanks a million," one wrote. "I have a drain I've been battling for a whole week!". "There’s a liquid orange bottle one in there for 99p, it’s so good!" another added. "Can get two uses out of it.". "I love these," a third commented. Well Polished conducted a survey and the results are in!.

The positive reviews of the drain unblocking product kept on coming on the Dunelm website too, where it's sold for £1.49. "Works a treat - quick and effective and easy to use," one wrote.
