This Morning's Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley were up to some adorable mischief in the ITV Studios on Monday morning (20 January), as Lorraine Kelly spilled the beans about their furry guests. The duo had been busy with six cute puppies, set to feature on the show.
Chatting with her colleague Tyler West on her eponymous morning programme, Lorraine revealed that Ben and Cat had stirred up quite the excitement. She said: "We're just about to talk to Ben and Cat. They've caused a hoo-ha today!". Tyler couldn't hide his enthusiasm, declaring: "It was the best morning ever!" although he confessed it was "a lot" to handle.
Ben and Cat joined the conversation with two of the six puppies, while Tyler and Lorraine couldn't stop cooing over the little canines. Lorraine shared that she'd spent time with the pups before her show aired that Monday. She told the audience: "Nobody was bothered about anybody this morning apart from six wee puppies that were downstairs!" mentioning how everyone queued up, hoping to take them home, reports the Manchester Evening News.
The puppies were part of a special "feel good" episode of This Morning, designed to lift spirits and tackle the gloom associated with 'Blue Monday'. Cat confirmed to Lorraine: "It is! We've got the ultimate feel good show for you this morning!". Viewers of This Morning were utterly charmed by the puppies' television debut during Monday's show, with many expressing their delight on social media.
