Super Bowl viewers have joked Travis Kelce 'took a trip to Turkey' for some cosmetic work ahead of his performance on Sunday night. The Chiefs star, 35, had been hoping he and his teammates would take the title for the third consecutive year. However, the Philadelphia Eagles ended the Chiefs' bid to win an unprecedented three straight Super Bowls as they ran out 40-22 winners in New Orleans. Despite his and his team's heartbreaking loss, fans of the sports star have been fawning over his new look - with thousands of social media users commenting on Travis' changed appearance. One fan has claimed that the 35-year-old took a trip to Turkey to undergo a hair transplant after he showcased his flowing locks on the night. While Travis' fans are used to seeing him with a buzzcut, he sported a much longer locks on Sunday night.
One fan on X asked: "How did his hair grow five inches in a week?", to which another replied: "You know, quick trip to Turkey." Another echoed: "Travis Kelce looks so different but he looks good. I can't put my hair on it." Someone else quipped: "oh he went to TURKEYYYYYYYYY." Another mocked: "Who gave him hair.". It comes after Travis made his grand entrance at the Superdome in a bold outfit, sparking a series of memes and jokes online. The sports star was spotted leaving the Chiefs' Marriott hotel in New Orleans, donning a daring brown Amiri suit and sunglasses and giving fans an early peek at his ensemble as he strolled to the team bus. His outfit included a matching shirt, jacket and trousers, tinted sunglasses, a gold brooch and a black bag. The suit is from Amiri's Fall/Winter 2025 collection, and he was also seen carrying a 'cherry ice pop' flavoured Accelerator energy drink.

A third quipped: "Travis Kelce looks like he was just acquitted of killing disco.". This year, Travis' girlfriend, Taylor Swift was once again on hand to cheer on her boyfriend from the VIP suites. But just hours before the match, Travis appeared to break a strict rule which he had previously imposed on himself ahead of matches. Ahead of the match, players often remain in their hotels close to the stadium in order to train. Travis, 35, himself previously admitted that this was important to help him remain focused.
Just two days before the match, Taylor and Travis arrived in New Orleans and headed to one of the swankiest restaurants in the area, Lilette, dining in a private part of the eatery. The Mirror US reported that Taylor was splashing a whopping $650,000 for her lavish accommodation over the weekend. The sprawling mansion is a gated property and offers incredible privacy. Set on a vast estate, the ivory detached house boasts its own luxurious drive and is nestled against an idyllic backdrop.
