Brazen Brit ‘cocaine smugglers’ flash smile as they’re paraded by cops in Indonesia…despite facing 20 YEARS in prison

A BRITISH man who faces decades in prison for allegedly being a part of a drug smuggling plot has been seen flashing a smug smile to the camera. Lisa Stocker, 39, from Gillingham, Kent, and Jon Collyer, 37, have been accused of smuggling nearly £300,000 worth of cocaine into Indonesia. The couple were paraded through the streets of Indonesia with a third unidentified Brit, 31, who was also arrested in the drugs bust.

The blonde man, seen grinning in the pictures, had reportedly been due to meet the couple to collect the drugs. Police said they seized 994.56g of cocaine worth an estimated £296,000. Footage of the moment shows him shooting a self-satisfied smile at the crowd, and he appears to be laughing at the same time as he's hauled away in handcuffs. Stocker and Collyer don't not seem so thrilled at the situation, as the trio are paraded through the street in front of local media in orange convict shirts on Friday.

The couple remain sombre, but one picture does show Collyer with a similar grin. Stocker and Collyer were reportedly caught smuggling "suspicious" items in their suitcases in the I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, on February 1. They were taken to a separate area of the airport after an X-ray, where staff are said to have found the narcotics sealed in blue plastic packages labelled 'Angel Delight' in the man's luggage.

The three of them face 20 years in prison, with the possibility of the death penalty under Article 113, paragraph 2 of the country's drug laws. AKBP Ponco Indriyo, Bali Police Deputy Director of Drug Investigation, said: "The drugs carried by the couple were cocaine weighing 994.56 grams. "The drugs were brought from England via the Doha International Airport in Qatar, then to Indonesia. "The method of concealment is to put the drugs, packed in food packaging, in a suitcase.

"The drugs were to be sold on Bali island, but were intercepted by customs and police officers.". Indriyo further commented that one of the suspects was involved in two other suspected drug trafficking cases, but declined to give further details. However, the country has been reluctant to administer executions amid growing international pressure. The Brits were among 49 drug suspects arrested by Bali police during 'Operation Antik Agung-2025' in the past 16 days.

Indonesia has some of the strictest drug laws in the world. Drug traffickers, especially those caught with large quantities, may face execution by firing squad. If the quantity is large but not enough for the death penalty, life in prison is a common sentence. Even possession can result in lengthy prison terms. It has not been reported yet if the three Brits have been charged. The Sun has also reported on a baby-faced kingpin who masterminded a drug smuggling ring with his glam girlfriend - before their £20million empire collapsed.

Eddie Burton, 23, and Sian Banks, 25, orchestrated two large-scale drug imports as the pair conspired to flood the UK with heroin, cocaine and ketamine. Border Force officials stopped two lorries in the summer of 2022 containing 307 kilos of drugs with a street value of £20million. A huge manhunt was launched for Burton, whose DNA was found on the smuggled goods. Cops managed to track the criminal to party island Ibiza where he was arrested in Pacha nightclub.

He and Banks are facing years in jail after pleading guilty to a number of drug offences. The crook was dealing drugs on the streets of Liverpool from the age of just ten. Banks flew out to the Netherlands in June 2022 to visit Burton and helped prepare the first shipment of drugs. Concerned, she messaged Burton about her fingerprints being on the bags of ketamine. Her criminal lover replied: "You've never been nicked or had ye prints took anyway so doesn't matter.".
