Moder's exit would be a blow for Fabian Hurzeler after Brighton offered him a new contract.
Moder, who has now fully recovered from a long-term ACL injury, would be out of contract in the summer at Brighton but has been offered a three-and-a-half year deal.
Jakub Moder (pictured) is expected to leave Brighton to join Feyenoord in the coming days.
Mail Sport revealed earlier this week that Moder had interest from the Dutch side who are 11 points behind leaders PSV Eindhoven in the league table.
