Prosecutors in Finland are demanding a ten-year prison sentence for murder after the British man, who has not been named, allegedly attacked the 75-year-old with an axe as he lay in bed.
His defence team deny murder, and say he acted in self-defence after the pensioner allegedly raped the British man.
