The model, 30, shared a New Year's post on Wednesday by posting a series of loved-up snaps with real estate agent Brooke. The stunning blonde, who handles real estate sales in Beverly Hills, Brentwood and the westside of Los Angeles, was first spotted with Sam back in September.

The new romance marks a change of heart for Sam who recenty told Us Weekly he was focusing on his career. He joked: 'Right now, I'm dating a very high-maintenance girl and, you know, I have to get her nails done and take her to the dog park and feed her good food and get her really nice treats.'.
