In early December Brooke attended the 38th Annual Footwear News Achievement Awards in New York City. She attended the event with her fiancé, 56-year-old commercial real estate agent Scott Rigsby, on her arm. The couple began dating in 2019 and got engaged in September 2021, but have yet to tie the knot.

Earlier this year the bombshell explained that they 'feel married,' but their family life with their respective children has kept them from wedding planning. 'We hoped to get married in May, and May came and went quickly,' she told People magazine in a joint interview with Scott in June.
