In a statement, Essex Police said: "Officers investigating a sexual assault in Southend want to speak to these two men.
The victim of the alleged assault said it took place at Sunrooms2, a night club in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
"If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.".
Anyone with information is urged to get in touch with the force quoting crime reference number 42/190249/24.
