TV star Charlotte Crosby has given birth to her second child, her father has appeared to have announced. Geordie Shore star Charlotte, 34, has yet to confirm whether or not she and fiance Jake Ankers have welcomed their latest addition, but her father has shared a gushing post about how proud he is of his only daughter. Charlotte's dad Gary wrote: "What a full filled weekend done in that their London. A new addition to our little family and some very exciting years ahead. Feeling very blessed and happy.".
Charlotte, who is already mum to Alba, two, candidly revealed her plans for a c-section birth as well as plans to let the cameras in to capture the special moment. In an exclusive interview with the Mirror earlier this month, the TV star spilled: "I had a C-section with Alba, and it was such a good experience. "I like to be in control – especially after my ectopic pregnancy [in 2016]. Waking up from that operation and being told I almost died and lost two reproductive organs was awful. I never want to feel out of control like that again. I would always only have a C-section anyway, I have absolutely no desire to push a baby out of my vagina as it is too hard.".
Charlotte, who is engaged to Jake Ankers, previously let the cameras in for the birth of her first daughter, which sparked her decision to do the same this time around. "The cameras will be there for the birth, just like with Alba," she said. "It was actually really fun last time. We had a playlist.". Shortly before welcoming her second child into the world, Charlotte showed off her baby bump and gave an update to fans in an Instagram story post. She held a peace sign up in the air with one hand and clutched onto her phone with the other. Standing in front of an abstract mirror in her home, Charlotte's bump was on full display as she lifted her top up to show it off.
As she posted the photo on her Instagram story, the reality TV star penned: "Little hi from a very pregnant me," followed by a waving hand emoji. Elsewhere on her Instagram, Charlotte also shared an emotional trailer from her new reality show titled Geordie Stories: Charlotte's New Baby. In a clip from the upcoming show, Charlotte reads out an emotional letter to her unborn child. She says in the video: "Growing you is the greatest gift. I love you.".
The touching clip was shared on her Instagram page as she wrote in the caption: "A letter to our new baby girl……. The last 6 months we’ve been filming a brand new show, we have captured some of the most amazing highs of our beautiful family life and some truly devastating and scary lows the last 6 months have been nothing short of a rollercoaster! But with the birth of our new arrival on the horizon I can honestly say you’re in for an amazing watch! WE ARE BACK! I hope you needed as many tissues as me watching the intro to OUR BRAND NEW SHOW #CharlottesNewBaby STREAMING EXCLUSIVELY ONLY ON PARAMOUNT + OUT ON 4TH MARCH".
