CHARLOTTE Crosby has revealed a beloved family member is in hospital just days before Christmas. The former Geordie Shore star's nan has been admitted to hospital as the family rally round to support her. Charlotte's dad Gary took to social media to share the news with his followers.

Posting a snap of his grandaughter Alba-Jean, he said: "Been struggling lately with my Mam in hospital poorly, but this little one makes me smile so much.". Charlotte, 34, replied to his dad's emotional post with a number of red love hearts. Fans flooded Gary with supportive messages, with one writing: "Hope you Mum gets better soon. Yes our little Grandies make life so much more enriched.".

A second said: "Hope your mum is feeling better soon and cuddles from Alba will make everything better.". "Aw wee ones always keep us going. Hope your mum is better soon," a third commented. Charlotte's fresh heartbreak comes just weeks after her home was burgled which left the TV star terrified.
The frightening ordeal occurred last month when Charlotte was upstairs with Alba in their £1 million Sunderland home. Jake, 33, revealed on social media that a gang of masked robbers armed with machetes stormed inside their stunning mansion. The Sun later told how the pair have taken extra measures to make sure that they are free from danger.
