Chelsea defender Caleb Wiley will join Championship side Watford until the end of the season. The American has been on loan at the Blues' sister club Strasbourg for the first half of the campaign, where he has made just six appearances. Wiley's gametime has been hampered by the shoulder injury he suffered in November. The left-back is now set to join a Hornets side that have won just one of their last eight matches in all competitions.

Prior to joining Chelsea, Wiley came through the ranks at MLS side Atalanta United and made more than 75 appearances for the club. The defender made his professional debut at the age of 17 before being snapped up by Chelsea in a deal worth £8.5million last summer. Wiley's departure from Strasbourg would allow the Blues to send another of their promising youngsters to the club.
