When Carla found out what Daisy had done she was obviously fuming, but Ryan (Ryan Prescott) persuaded her not to tell the police – and she eventually agreed that Jenny (Sally Ann Matthews) and Daisy would pay the money back to her.
Now, in the wake of Carla having to pay for her own kidney transplant, Ryan informed Daisy that Carla would be needing the money back sooner rather than later.
Daisy’s money worries stem from when Daisy stole a huge sum from Stephen Reid (Todd Boyce) to buy the Rovers.
The two men involved are very keen for it not to be a secret and in this episode keep asking Daisy if she’d had the results back yet – to which she replies that she hasn’t and they’ll be the first to know when she does.
And when he asks outright if he’s the father of Daisy’s baby, Jenny’s face tells him everything he needs to know.
