'The fact that he was back on the court at the AO after so many injuries, surgeries, I'm really proud of him' she told the Daily Telegraph on Friday. 'I can't say for sure (it was his last), it just really depends on how he's feeling, how his body holds up because he can't keep putting his body through so much pain.

The confession comes after Nick admitted on Tuesday evening that this could be the last time he would play singles at the Australian Open. The injury-plagued star said he had battled hard not to throw in the towel during his three-set defeat by British star Jacob Fearnley as his abdominal strain took its toll during the match.
Doubts had been raised over his fitness coming into the Australian Open, with the 29-year-old, who has battled hard to come from a career-threatening wrist injury, previously admitting that it would be a 'miracle' if he could make it back for the first slam of 2025.
