Charges will not be filed against James Kennedy following his arrest for domestic violence last month. His attorney, Scott Leemon, released a statement announcing that the Burbank City Attorney's Office decided not to pursue charges against the Vanderpump Rules alum.
'I was just informed by the Burbank City Attorney's Office that no charges will be filed against James Kennedy. I want to thank them for conducting a thorough and professional review of the matter involving my client, James Kennedy,' the statement read.
'Their diligent investigation confirmed what we have maintained from the beginning—there were no grounds for any charges to be filed against Mr. Kennedy. James is grateful to have this matter behind him and is looking forward to continuing to focus on his sobriety and his DJ career.
The decision comes a month after Kennedy was arrested. Burbank Police Department responded to a call about a 'man and woman arguing' at his residence around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11. At this time, there has been no confirmation Kennedy's girlfriend, Ally Lewber, was the reported victim.

The Burbank Police Daily Arrest Log reported that an officer spoke with both Kennedy and a woman that night inside a residence after receiving a 9-1-1 call, according to TMZ.
