AS Trump's inauguration gets underway, singer Kid Rock has other things on his mind as he calls a BBC reporter 'sexy' and asked her on skiing date leaving viewers stunned. The 54-year-old MAGA supporter and friend of Trump had performed at Sunday's victory rally and was being asked about his plans for Inauguration day when he made the bold move.

Caitríona Perry, the BBC's chief presenter based in Washington DC took over the interview with Kid Rock when a technical issue appeared to prevent her colleague from continuing. The 44-year-old Irish journalist seamlessly took over asking Trump's friend what he is looking forward to seeing when the 47th President is sworn in.

He said: "I'm looking forward to him being sworn in and then for him to start kicking ass for America. "To be a voice for the people that elected him, to straighten out the economy, get the border under control and make common sense decisions. "Be a man for the people and straighten this stuff out that Joe Biden has ruined for the last four years.".

Perry, a mother of two, then asked the singer about his plans for the day which is when the coverage took a turn. He spoke about being sober for the month of January to prepare for the inauguration before suggesting he may visit the Canadian embassy "and employ them to be our 51st state.".

Kid Rock then shoot his shot asking the BBC reporter: "What about you, what you doing, where you at?. "I can't see you right now so I don't know what you look like...". In an attempt to deflect the awkward turn of events, Perry who was standing on a rooftop in Washington DC said: "I look like I'm waiting to hit the slopes I can tell you - I'm in full on ski gear here with hat, gloves, the whole thing.".
